Nuwan Construction Company was established in 2018, under the sole proprietor, Mr. Nuwan Perera . From its Construction of Highways and buildings humble beginning, focusing mainly on work, the company gradually expanded into residential and remodeling projects, and later on into commercial, industrial and institutional building projects.

Since inception, the company has moved forward with a far-sighted approach based on fostering long lasting relationships, not only with its clients, but also with its employees and suppliers.

Nuwan Construction was also amongst the first few companies that pioneered in Construction of highways and buildings and manufacturing paving stones in Sri Lanka.

HOW WE DEVELOPED

Over the years, Nuwan Construction has worked on a diverse range of commercial and residential projects, including, office buildings, hotels, resorts, sports centers, manufacturing, distributing, retail facilities, housing, apartments and many more. The company has undertaken many challenging projects, and has accumulated skills and expertise in design and build, construction management, maintenance services, restoration and refurbishment and otherrelated work. In addition to local projects, Nuwan Construction has extended its service to several international projects in Maldives as well.
